- Pre-Tour Meeting: If you’re staying in Aguas Calientes, we will arrange a brief meeting the day before your tour to discuss final details. If not, your guide will be waiting for you at the train station in Aguas Calientes.
- Arrival at Machu Picchu: On the day of the tour, you will meet your guide either at your hotel in Aguas Calientes or at the entrance to Machu Picchu. Together, you’ll take the bus or walk up to the citadel.
